Meadows honey is mainly produced from the nectar collected from the meadows located in variety of environments. These mainly include alpine meadows, coastal meadows, desert meadows, prairies and wet meadows.

The taste, color and properties of Meadows honey differs depending upon the flower from which the nectar is collected. Color in meadows honey range from pale yellow to yellow brown. Collected from various meadow flowers, this kind of honey is also classified as diverse honey. Apart from the aroma of grasses & pleasant taste, it helps in calming headaches, abdominal pain, gynecological disease etc.
