(f) Fresh Ginger - Few Slivers

(g) Bee Pollen - 1 Tablespoon

(h) Juice of ½ Lemon

(I) Lemon Zest

How to Prepare:

Take a blender. Put all the suggested ingredients in a blender. Make a finely blended & smooth mixture by adding nut milk slowly.  Once the mixture turns completely smooth, pour it in a glass & add your favorite nut toppings to make it more delicious. 

(2) Oats with Bee Pollen -

Ingredients:

For Oat Base: 

(a) Rolled Oats - 1/2 cup

(b) Almond Milk - 2/3 cup

(c) Chia Seeds - 1 Tablespoon 

(d) A Dash of Cinnamon

For Oat Toppings: 

(a) Slivered Almonds - 2 Tablespoon

(b) Bee Pollen - 1 -2 Tablespoon

(c) Shredded Coconut Flakes - 1 Tablespoon

(d) Blueberries - ¼ Cup

How to Prepare:

Pour the oats into a small jar and add almond milk to it. Add a dash of cinnamon, chia seeds, & blueberries along with the above mixture to the jar. Stir the ingredients well together and place the container in the fridge overnight by properly sealing it. Pour out the contents of the overnight oats base into a bowl. Garnish the oats base with bee pollen, shredded coconut flakes, and almonds to make it beautiful in appearance & more nutritious.

(3) Chocolate Flavored Bee Pollen Ice Cream -

Ingredients:

(a) Avocado - 1 

(b) Frozen Banana - 1 

(c) Green - 1 Cup

(d) Raw Cacao Powder - 1 Tablespoon

(e) Walnuts - 1/2 Cup

(f) Raspberries - 1/2 Cup

(g) Collagen Protein - 1-2 Tablespoon

How to Prepare:

Take a blender jar & mash avocado, raspberries, banana, & collagen protein properly.

Take a separate bowl and put 1 tsp. cacao, 1 tsp. bee pollen, 4 walnuts, a pinch of sea salt (as per the taste), and mix all the ingredients to prepare the dessert topping.
